Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or accessing VELURA Unified Operations Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Workspace Registration & Administration

Public self-registration provisions a dedicated workspace for a single legal entity and creates its initial Administrator account. The Administrator has full authority to invite operational staff, assign role permissions, and manage corporate profiles.

3. Trial Access

Self-registered companies receive a 30-day trial period upon email verification to evaluate operational tools without payment obligation. Operational enforcement policies may apply upon conclusion of the trial term.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the workspace strictly for legitimate logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and fleet operations. Automated scraping, penetration testing without prior authorization, fraudulent documentation, and transmission of malicious content are strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to amicable dispute resolution before recourse to the competent courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
